Diversion 2K27: Grand Theft Kolkata

Diversion 2K27, the annual hackathon organized by the IEM-ACM Student Chapter, returns with a new mission, a bolder vision, and a city ready to be reimagined.

Inspired by the high-octane universe of GTA VI, this edition transforms Kolkata into an alternate reality where ambition fuels the chaos, technology drives the action, and every idea has the power to change the game. From neon-lit streets to futuristic skylines, the City of Joy becomes an open world built for creators, innovators, and digital rebels.

More than a hackathon, Diversion 2K27 is an open-world experience where imagination knows no boundaries. From Artificial Intelligence and Web Development to Web3, AR/VR, and Cloud Computing, participants will turn unconventional ideas into extraordinary creations.

At Diversion 2K27, it's time to:

• Explore – Discover new frontiers and push beyond the limits of technology.
• Build – Transform bold ideas into groundbreaking solutions.
• Collaborate – Assemble your crew and create something legendary.
• Conquer – Take on challenges, outplay the competition, and make your mark.

Whether you're a rookie entering the hacking scene or a seasoned player ready for the next challenge, Kolkata is your city, innovation is your game, and the next move is yours.
